Random Posts; Permalink broken

    I just switched from blogspot to wordpress. My site is http://vigilantsports.com
    I like the feature at the top to display a random post and its title. However the permalink is no longer something like p=# but rather year/month/date/title-title-
    That is keeping it from working correctly. Only my newest posts in the last about 20 days work.
    Any suggestions? Thanks
