Random video showing up in comment section

Hi there!
Okay…so I noticed the strangest thing today…a comment posted by one of my readers had a random vimeo video embedded (is this the right word?) into it. It was not there before and I know that she didn’t intend for it to be. I went in to edit the comment, but I could see nothing out of the ordinary. After a bit of tinkering, I realized that every time ’21’ is typed in a comment, the same video shows up. I tried typing it in another comment, just to confirm, and yep.
Does anyone know why this suddenly happened and how I can get rid of it? I’ve deleted the ’21’ from that particular comment for now, but if you’d like a screenshot, please let me know!

You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
