Randomly slow website

  Most of the time (60%) I connect to my website http://www.sandybeachhq.com.au it doesn’t connect. On mobile phones appears a not found or slow connection message. I am using Delicacy theme. Can please someone respond on how to solve this issue ?

  I’m afraid you’re in the wrong forum. This support forum is for free WordPress.com blogs. You appear to have a self-hosted WordPress.ORG install. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  After one day, this is not exactly the answer I was waiting for.
  I have a wordpress.com account and I purchased a no ad and custom css to work an the delicacy theme. I just cant understand why most of the time I cannot connect to the website.
  Can please someone really help ?

  Exactly what us the URL of the .wordpress.com blog you are referring to?

  Although sandybeachhq.com.au has been registered, it is not using WordPress.com nameservers. If your domain is mapped to a self-hosted site, then your configuration may be fine as currently set up. If you wish to host your site at WordPress.com, you will need to import your content into a .wordpress.com blogs and update your nameservers http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/#instructions-for-mapping-an-existing-domain

  Thanks again timethief, nameserver updated. Still no connection from mobile phones. I will allow 24 hours to see if the change has worked.
  Does wordpress has any browser compatibility issues ? I am trying to connect from 2 android phones with a standard browser with no success (browser get stuck and after a while, web not found msg). Connecting from an android tablet ok with chrome.

  I’m able to access WordPress.com just fine using my Android phone over my home wi-fi, both with the Android and Opera browsers. Try clearing your phone’s browser cache and also make sure you have cookies enabled on that browser, and if you have the option of different connections (3G or wi-fi) try another connection to see if that might not be the problem.

  On your phone it might also be easier to use the app instead, though it does not have all the functionality of the website. See: http://en.support.wordpress.com/go-mobile/
