As mentioned above, it’s not possible for us to look into this issue because you are hosted with another provider (via Cloudflare DNS) at this time. If you wish, you can move your site from your current host to instead be hosted here at WordPress.com.
To do this you can add our simple migration plugin that will help move an exact copy of your site over to our managed hosting, where our team of dedicated WordPress experts will be able to help!
