Ranking and valuing
-
Hello,
I am totally confused:
1.I asked http://www.Alexa.com and some other sites to rank my site and they say there is no data available or when they do have data, they do not match with the no. i get in the stats of my site( e.g. they say 2 visitors /day instead of 20,etc.).What is happening? Why all that inadvertence ?2.One of the evaluating sites gave me this result among other things i don’t understand:

Well, I hate to tell you but there are no problems here.
Alexa has a flawed model in my opinion, and it is very, very approximate as it counts the people using Alexa’s browser add-on who visit your site and then extrapolates to estimate the number of readers you have. Quantcast counts things differently. Sitemeter counts things differently again. Statcounter, again, different. No two stat counters will agree.
As for that line about x-hacker, it is an Easter Egg put there by WordPress programmers to say “you’re digging pretty deep into the technical end of the blog, maybe you’re good enough to work here, so apply.”
