  I have received several mails saying my web site has been hacked.
  In those emails they ask me some money.
  Strangely my web site is not reachable and I can not log on it !
  Can you help me ?

  Hi @ jedumasmac, these forums are actually for the sites here at WordPress.com, which is different than what you have as your own WordPress installation at another host.

  I’d recommend contacting your host first, and if you need help with your WordPress installation, checking the correct support forum here:
