Hi there,
Please note, our policy is to provide support primarily in English. Since your original ticket was written in another language, I have used Google Translate to translate it to English.
It looks like your trying to map your existing domain (xavierseignot.fr) to your WordPress.com blog. Is that correct? It looks like you’re almost finished. The last step is to change the name servers on your domain as explained here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/#how-to-change-your-name-servers
That will need to be done at your domain registrar (where you purchased the domain). You will need to set the following name servers:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM NS2.WORDPRESS.COM NS3.WORDPRESS.COMCan you give that a try?

It’s been three days that I wait for my new domain name. I did well in the requested DNS settings changes, and it’s been 3 days since I still do not have my active domain name on wordpress. I start to get tired.

Hi Xavier,
I completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, it still looks like your domain does not have WordPress.com name servers set as you can see here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-helper/
For your domain to work correctly, you’ll need to visit the registrar where you originally purchased the domain and set the name servers to point to the following:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM NS2.WORDPRESS.COM NS3.WORDPRESS.COMIf you’re having trouble, perhaps you can contact the registrar where you purchased the domain and ask them to set the name servers for you.
Can you try one more time to set the name servers on the domain?

Hi!
No – it should read just like this:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM NS2.WORDPRESS.COM NS3.WORDPRESS.COMCan you potentially contact your registrar and ask them to make sure the records are working properly?

Hi Xavier,
I’m still not seeing the name servers set for this domain. For example, if you run the following command in Terminal:
dig NS xavierseignot.frYou will not see the WordPress.com name servers. Compare that output to the one for the following:
dig NS groovydomains.netYou should see the correct output for the second command.
I realize this is extremely frustrating to not have your domain working. Who did you register your domain with? Could you please contact their help department and ask for your domain name servers to be pointed to WordPress.com?
