PS:
Everything is ok now but all the previous rates have been cancelled. How can you restore them again?
Thanks again. -
Hello there! I do see your ratings for your posts. Your results are cached, so you shouldn’t have lost any data. Are you seeing any anomalies here?:

Sorry Thatrobyn, maybe I did not well speak about my problem. The ratings I was referring to were those under each comment. The previous ones – those existing before the problem I referred – disappeared. Can they be restored?
-
PS:
In addition I have to say that it is not only MY problem but a problem of anyone visits my blog.
Thanks. -
Hello there! I need a few more details from you.
- Is there a comment that had a many ratings that’s now showing 0, or fewer than expected? If so, which one, and when did they seem to disappear? Please include link(s) and a date when you noticed they were done.
- Are you noticing that this issue is consistent across all comments or isolated to just a few?
- Please tell me precisely how what you’re seeing differs from what you expect.
- Did you make any changes to your comments, your posts, or other settings, around the time you noticed your ratings disappear?
Thanks so much for these added details. Looking forward to hearing from you. Cheers.

1) No, not only one. I can’t show links because the pages with high ratings disappeared.
2) Yes, it is consistent cross ALL comments, since the date of the starting of the blog. For example, this link shows a post of March 22, 2012 and even in this post all the comments show the rating on the bottom with “0”. They had from 10 to 20 ratings:

3) All the comments in my blog usually have a lot of comments. Today there were some with more of 25 ratings. Now they show “0”. The ratings appearing now were clicked by the followers AFTER the problem.
4) No, no changes at all. Thanks again for your help.

Thank you so much for these details. This is an issue that will require a bit more research on our part. I will get back to you as soon as I have an answer. In the meantime, I truly appreciate your patience!

Again! All the “new” ratings (those ones clicked Yesterday after the temporary solution of the problem) set to zero.
Waiting for your kind reply… -
Hi there, Yesterday a solution was found with the rating system in your comments. The correction could take up to 48-hours to appear on your site. Could you check in with me when you see the adjustment? Of course, after that time if you don’t see that everything is working well, please let me know. Many thanks!

Hello!
I’m sorry but the problem is happening again. But fortunately only in my comments page, not on the pages that visitors see. There everything is ok. Can you help me please?
Thankshttps://giacomosalerno.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit-comments.php

Hello there! I looked into this and it appears as if your comment count is appearing on the link you sent. Are things working properly now? If not, please tell me specifically on which comments the issue is occurring.
Also, I’m sorry about the late response. In the future, I recommend starting a new ticket so you rise to the top of our queue and if I’m not available, another Happiness Engineer can help out! We don’t want you to wait!
Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks!
