  How can I allow the user to give their rating on a specific post of my website?
  And if this system requires user to log in, How do I do that with WordPress or with code?

  It sounds like the Ratings feature may do what you are looking for on WordPress.com:

  Ratings Shortcode

  This process generates a shortcode that visitors can use to rate your site using stars (no login needed).

  If you are using WordPress.org software with another host, you can download the Crowdsignal plugin (see instructions link in the documentation above) — the WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to ask for advice in that instance.

  Are folks going to be rating products or your posts?

  For rating your posts, the tool Gemma mentioned would work, and that’s built in. Please take a look at that and see if that will work for you.

  Otherwise, please send more info about what you’re trying to do differently from that.
