Rating reports functionality

Hello,
I love the rating widget. It’s great to get visitor feedback! I have question or more idea of improvement on how reporting for rating works.
Currently I can filter it by date and what it does. It’s great – I’d like to see ratings that were given in defined timeframe. However what it does – it shows me the posts that _started_to_get_rating_ in this timeframe. That’s not so interesting.
To see rating for all posts I need to change to show all dates. But then I don’t see the freshest ratings.
Best setup would be to use date filters to show ratings _given_ in period I define.
