  Hi!!! How would I go about installing ratings systems? I need one for me, my blog is movie reviews – https://bloopbymimi.com – and I would like a user rating system of the blog overall. Thank you for your time. I am aware of the plugins but can’t figure out how to install it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress.com blogs have some builtin plugins. Otherwise, blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

  For that type of functionality, you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service.
