I’m very sorry about this! It looks like we’ve run into a bug with the ratings on your site. I reported this issue to our developers so they can take a look into why that’s happening.

I don’t know exactly when our developers will have a chance to investigate this issue, but I let them know all the details of what’s going on with your blog. We’ll keep gathering reports if other blog owners let us know about the same issue.
In the meantime, I’d recommend telling your non-WordPress.com visitors to leave comments to let you know that they like your posts. I don’t know about you, but I love getting comments! :)

thanks! I ‘ve been reading that there have been issues from way back with ratings in Mystique. What a shame because I really like that theme for a food blog. I may just choose another theme. I guess a lot of people just like to press the like button rather than comment! To get the Foodie Theme I have to be on .org not .com, right?

I don’t believe the issue you’re seeing is related to the Mystique theme — we had reports from other people who are seeing it on blogs using different themes. Once that’s cleared up, the rating should work again on your blog. (One of our developers just told me that he’s looking into it now, so hopefully we can get it resolved for you soon.)
To get the Foodie Theme I have to be on .org not .com, right?
If you’re looking at this Foodie theme then yes, you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.org blog since that theme isn’t available here at WordPress.com. If you’re looking for a new theme, you can browse and search all of the WordPress.com themes here: http://theme.wordpress.com/

Good news! Our developer fixed up this issue. I just resaved the settings for your site’s ratings (under Settings > Ratings in your dashboard), and now I see the ratings on your site again.
