I’m sorry but the answer is “no”. Please read on to comprehend why. The front page of our blogs are designed to “showcase” posts. It’s assumed that we wish our readers to read the entire post and even comment prior to rating the post.
If the ratings were displayed on the front page of our blogs then what value would ratings have? Anyone could just click ratings without even reading the entire post.
When vsistors click the post title or the comments link or the read more link the entire post is shown on its own page including all comments on the post. There they will find the ratings.

Sorry, the answer is yes! Ratings > Settings: tick the option “Enable for front page”, select above or below posts, click Save changes.

I see that you are now displaying full posts on your front page rather than using “the read more tag” to split content and I see the ratings now. Sorry I gave you the wrong answer. I won’t do it again. :)
