Ratings in screen options gone missing. No longer view ratings per post.

Suddenly the “display ratings” option per blog post in the Posts –> All Posts view has disappeared. How do I get back the ratings display in screen options?

I am using Firefox 18.0.2 and I see rating stars at the bottom of your posts. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

I have the newest browser (Firefox) and I did not change any settings on WP recently. I may have phrased my question incorrectly. I’m not trying to figure out why under Posts–>All Posts the “ratings” disappeared (they were never visible), but there used to be a column (I post daily, so it went missing from yesterday for the first time) that showed me how many “likes” each post received. It was posted as a numeral under a column that showed up as a star on the All Posts page.
Everywhere I read, it said it was called “ratings” and that I should be able to set this option under “screen options” on the All Post page.
It helps me more to see how many people liked a particular poem rather than to view how many comments were posted (nearly none so far, so why would I even want this option set in screen view?).
How do I get back the “likes” showing per post on the All Posts page, when the option in screen options no longer exists?
Maybe I should write another inquiry about this issue?

Oops! Looks like the column that I was missing earlier today is “back” on the All Posts page!
I hope that it does not go “missing” again… the stats are often inaccurately displayed and seeing how many people liked a particular post is my only measure as to how many people view my blog on a daily basis…
