Ratings problem

  I’ve always used the ratings widget in my sidebar and it worked normally. From 2 weeks I noticed, that when someone votes for a post there appears strange symbols instead the name of the post, especially when my post headline is in Bulgarian. How can it be resolved? I want to see normal bulgarian headline not monkeys

  The new little “i” graphic beside the rating stars is a cool feature BUT if I click on This Week, the little pop up shows three DRAFT posts that are not yet published! Help! The tabs for All and Today seem to be fine – just the This Week tab is wonky.

  Nobody home at Staff Support until the 19th! :-(
