  I wanted to move my domain to another hosting platform, I wrongly thought I could get that URL by deleting it from wordpress and then registering it in the other host. By the time I did not knew that you could simply transfer it. Big mistake I know. Is there anyway I can recover it?.

  No problem. I’ve restored the domain to your account. In order to point the domain to your new hosting provider click on My Sites – Manage – Domains – DNS and enter their unique name servers. That change can take up to 72 hours to take full effect.
