re-activate a blog

  a student in my class is trying to re-active his blog. He needs to validate his e-mail address, but, somehow, the e-mail address he used to set-up the blog is not the one listed under his settings, so activation e-mail is not going to the correct address. He can’t change the e-mail address in the his settings to the correct one, so, he’s stuck, unable to re-activate his blog.
