Re-activating an inactive WordPress site

  How do I re-activate an inactive WordPress site? I handed it over to a client and, after 3 years, it became inactive. She is now ready to work on it and it is not in my WP sites list. Please HELP! Is there a way to do that? She would like to access it.

  It is hosted by GoDaddy. My former client owns the domain. She let it go for a while (she had another job) and now wants to re-activate it. (If it is linked to my WP account, we’d like to move it to hers.) Thanks!
