re-activating or re-instating a premium theme after accidental replacement

In looking to create another blog, our prior theme (headlines) was accidentally replaced with a different one. We cannot find a way to return to the previous look or re-activate the headlines theme without paying for it once more.

Which WordPress.com site was Headlines purchased for? I am not seeing any record of it being purchased for visitbeertown.wordpress.com.
