Re activation of payment method

    I have a wordpress page for almost 10 years now. Lately my credit card was renewed, so you were not able to renew my side for another year. Then I got a mail from you, saying how to manage this and give ou new date on my new card. When I click this it says that I dont have a wordpress site, and can not enter. I cant do anything. My subscription is still valid to June this year, I can see my site, but I am blocked. You are sending me promotions like 50 % off the normal price for new client. I would be just happy if you allow me to pay and continue another 10 years

    You are posting here as the WordPress.com username account, nudsen. This account was created in May 2017, and hasn’t been accessed at all for the past four years. This account has never owned any sites with us.

    If you have a site on WordPress.com, it’s under a different username.

    Can you give us the URL of the site that you’re trying to renew so we can check that for you?
