Re-adding my domain name

  I paid the $10 fee and mapped my domain name to my wordpress blog. I later deleted my blog, and my dns info in my domain name/registrar account. I am once again starting up a wordpress blog, I set up my dns info, but when I go to Options>Domains>enter url, it says that the domain name is mapped to another wordpress blog. How can I add my url again? Or once a blog is deleted, can the url be used again…by paying another $10?

  I don’t believe that we volunteers on the forum can help you with this. It definitely sounds like a question that must be put to staff by sending in a feedback on Monday.

  The wordpress.com URL cannot be used, but if you send in a feedback on Monday to staff or an email to support at wordpress.com and tell them the domain name, the old wp.com blog name, your new wp.com blog name they can probably help you get that domain onto your new wp.com blog.
