Re-Align Blog Posts to Center & Remove side bar.

I’m new to all of this and have spent hours figuring out basic CSS today.

So far I’ve been able to adjust the theme to reflect what I want, but now I’m stuck.

When I preview a post in the editor it reads normally – Post is full width and centered with Author info below it. However, when I publish the site and view it as a reader in an incognito window, The post gets pushed to the right and the author info ends up on the left like a sidebar. Is there a simple way to eliminate that across the blog?

    Also, regarding the blog title.
I’ve noticed discrepancies where some previews the title of the blog post is visible and sometimes it is not. How can I easily select if I’d like the title visible on the post? or if I’d maybe want the title on an image (Cover Image Block).

    Thanks so much!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi! I’m sorry you’ve had a rough time with this. The particular theme you’re using, Rebalance, is deliberately designed to push elements to one side of the screen or another, and can be a bit difficult to force otherwise.

Would you be willing to consider another theme? There are others that have similar features, so if you’ll let us know what you love about this one, we might be able to recommend something similar.

I am guessing this is more related to your screen width than whether or not you’re logged in. Can you confirm?

This often depends on your post type. Right now though I’m seeing all of the titles. Let us know if you’re still having issues.
