Re-applying for Bokmål validator status, as I promise to be more active again
-
I seem to have lost validator status for Norwegian Bokmål, as I was honestly unaware of the “Translate something every 3 months” requirement, which has left that language project with 0 validators, and also left me without the ability to import from Crowdin (where I have a pretty big translation memory file that allowed me to create and import hundreds of new translations to WP monthly).
And although I hadn’t been much active in 2022 (as I felt the core UI and menus had long since been near-fully translated, despite the completion status percentage being shown as dropping from 92% to 43% over a 4-year period, plus that I thought a 2nd validator that was accepted last year was handling any waiting strings), I suppose I can re-apply for validator status and add calendar notifications on my PC to stay within the time limit.
Interestingly, I seem to have kept validator status for Norwegian (which is essentially the same language as Norwegian Bokmål) all along, which is used for WP themes.
