Assign blog to different user
Is it possible to have someone else take over a blog using their email?
If I delete the blog will the same blog address be available after the deletion?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No one can recover or register any deleted blog URL. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

Lastly, a verification link is sent in an email and must be clicked to delete a blog. If clicking that link does not work then copy and paste it into your upper browser window and click. Once clicked the blog URL is forever gone, gone, gone.

Every blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the username account who registered the blog under that username account. You have to add the other username account(s) ie. as Admin to the blog you want to be transferred to them and then use the process to transfer the blog to their username account.
