  WordPress doesn’t allow me to re-blog anymore, and I cannot share any of my posts to the ‘Mix’ site anymore, but I’ve always been able to do both of these until recently. Why is this and how can I rectify this please?

  And I’m not sure what you mean by Mix site. Could you send a link?
