Re-brand and domain change
-
I have changed the name of my business from the dulwich cakery to cassia’s cakes, however I am having some problems with the rebrand on wordpress which still lists the old blog name, wordpress domain and the dulwichcakery.co.uk domain.
I want to change all of this to the new brand, so the blog title and the domain (I own http://www.cassiascakes and http://www.cassiacakes.co.uk) Please can you help?
Also I tried to change the wordpress domain to http://www.cassiascakes.wordpress.com, so that its consistent when the new domain http://www.cassiascakes.co.uk is mapped to it. However that domain is unusable (I used to own it but deleted the site as needed to start from scratch with its build). Therefore I have tried to change the wordpress address to http://www.cassiacakes.wordpress.com but the domain mapping still only offered the dulwich cakery.co.uk and the dulwichcakerywordpress URLs for domain mapping. I’m very confused and would really appreciate some help with this! Thanks so much.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can change your site’s title here:
https://cassiacakes.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php
I’ve removed and refunded your Domain Mapping Upgrade for dulwichcakery.co.uk. Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.
You can add the new custom domains you’d like to map to your WordPress.com site here:
https://cassiacakes.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains
In regard to cassiascakes.wordpress.com, you will not be able to re-use this address. However, since you are using custom domains with your site, users will not see this value, anyway.
Let us know if you have any more questions.

Thank you very much for your help and sorry for my late acknowledgement of it. I’ve made the changes as above (thank you!) so am now waiting for the nameserver switch over process to complete. How exciting!!
Really appreciate your help on this. Also thank you so much for refunding the dulwichcakery.co.uk hosting cost – you read between the lines that I didn’t want/need that any more so it’s very kind of you to process the refund. Brilliant customer service :)
Thanks,
Cassia
