    It is night mare with WP Want to change my site name, no possible, Pyment is not because of your programs. Which email to use person who does the payment, owner of web link . What ever there are only problems with your administration.

    You find all info on how to change a site name at https://wordpress.com/support/changing-site-address/. Do read the caveat as their is no way back once you changed the site address.

    regarding a payment: if I understand it well, you want to upgrade your free site? It’s up to the owner of that free site to start the upgradeprocess, so you must use the email address of the owner.
