Re-charged in July for WordPress Account

    Is there anyway I can get a refund on my account as I no longer used WordPress and I forgot that it was an automatic payment. You can see from my account that it was never used.

    I don’t see any active subscriptions under your account and the charge you had was already refunded back in July.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
