    I now regret cancelling my subscription last year. I want to re install it , as it was. bernadettepilli.com

    The site at bernadettepilli.com isn’t hosted on WordPress.com, and you’ve never owned any sites with us.

    That site is connected to your WordPress.com account via a plugin called Jetpack, but the site uses the open source version of WordPress, and you had it hosted at another provider. To get the site active again, you’d need to contact that hosting provider direct.

    It looks like your registrar for that domain is Bluehost.com, and it’s a reasonable guess that they were also your hosting provider. So you can try contacting their support for help with this.
