    I paid for my domain renewal in July last year (2021) and have a receipt but when I go into WordPress.com now there are no records of purchases? How do I get hold of somebody to check this?

    You can use the transaction ID to restore access to the account owning that upgrade, https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

    Can you tell me the domain name?

    The account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades with us, but if I know the domain I can check if it might be connected to another account.

    Are you perhaps speaking of theleslielink.com? You have that site connected to your account with us via the Jetpack plugin. The site on that domain is hosted with SiteGround.com, not with us.

    But the domain itself is registered with us. However, it belongs to a different WordPress.com account than the one you used to post here. If you don’t remember the login details for that account, please follow the instructions at the link @staartmees provided above so we can help you regain access to that account.
