  I delete a blog last week. Now, I want the same address (xxxxx.wordpress.com) to recreate my new blog. What to do?

  Wait for two years time and register the URL again or register another URL now. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made except for the one stated at http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/.
