    Good Morning, I created a domain yesterday and would like to deactivate it and get a refund.

    Refunds are time limited on WordPress. For more information, kindly refer to this link: <a href=”https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/

    Please note that you have to be logged in as the Admin on your Dashboard to request a refund or anything else related to this..

    If this does not help, type modlook into the side bar tags on this thread and the Staff or Moderator should be able to help you.

  • @auntbee3, there weren’t any upgrades on this account, so be sure to log out and log back in as the right user, first. You should be able to log in using the email address that received an email receipt.

    feel free to just modlook any billing issues so staff can follow up. Typically if they have an active upgrade, they won’t be routed here, so something else is likely going on. In this case, they’re logged into the wrong account. Cheers!
