    I want to re-do a cancelation order and keep working on my original domain (alexandralamina.com). The Receipt ID was [REDACTED], purchased on January 11, 2023. The total payment was per two years, which I want to keep for the same billed price. Thanks

    Out of curiosity, are you looking to use this domain as the primary domain for the site?

    If yes, this would can be restored for free with if the plan is re-purchased via Upgrades > Plans.

    This will help to determine next steps.

    Yes, I am looking to use it as my site’s primary domain. Yet I tried to re-purchase it via upgrades, but it didn’t work. The system displayed a message confirming this domain was not available. For this reason, I want to keep my first order (I canceled this one on January 11, 2023). And I’d like to keep the first billed value.

    Hi @magalylamina , can you try once more? The domain was in “pending delete” status for a few days, which makes it unavailable, but it should be available now.

    Hi @supernovia. Thanks for helping me with the process. The domain is available again. Is it possible to keep the first billed purchase (US$84: 2 years per personal domain and 1 year per domain registration)? Or can I have the same discount or coupon, perhaps?
