Re-doing my initial upload from website

  I uploaded content from my now-old website a couple weeks ago. I was just trying to figure out how to create a blog. But, I was in the process of upgrading my website and now everyting that was uploaded from my website to wordpress is outdated or doesn’t work. How do I scrap the initial upload and start over?
