  Hello, we currently have a shopify website but used our wordpress domain: http://www.cleanalternativeco.com for the website. For some reason we have lost access to the domain an it’s not connecting to our website. We need help figuring out how we can get it back up and running.

  According to our logs, your account cancelled that domain yesterday, and we issued a refund for the domain renewal that took place on 29 September.

  I’m sending you a link via email to pay for this domain’s renewal again. Let us know here once you’ve completed that payment, and we can restore the domain to your account.

  Thanks. I’ve reactivated the domain, and you’ll see it in your account again.

  I checked your Shopify subdomain at http://shops.myshopify.com.cleanalternativeco.com/, and it looks like you might need to reconnect it on that end as well, but the domain is correctly going to Shopify, so that should work as soon as you reconnect.

  for some reason I still can’t link our domain? I’m not sure why this is.

  To clarify, when the domain was restored to active status, the settings you added (on this end) that allow the domain to connect to Shopify appear to have been lost.

  With this in mind you will want to follow the steps here that Shopify recommends to connect a 3rd party domain to your Shopify site.

  If you are unsure what settings you need to add to your domain here on this end after reviewing that, you may wish to contact Shopify support for a closer look. If the recommend you add specific settings please copy those down and let us know here and we can help you to get the correct settings added.
