Hi. A week ago, my domain was automatically renewed, even though I didn’t update my card details. I asked for a refund, so it was credited to my account yesterday.
But I got a receipt again of my renewal of the domain name, even though I asked for a cancellation and a refund! And when I checked my balance, I got debited $18. This is honestly confusing.
I already contacted support, but I know it usually takes a while for you guys to respond, so I decided to post my concern here.
Please help me with this matter.

@jaredcombista there must have been some confusion as to whether you planned on updating card details.
Did you want to cancel the domain completely? Please understand cancelling it does not release it. It’s returned to the registrar where it will go through a redemption process.
Let us know whether you’d like us to cancel the domain fully or whether you intend to pay for it with another card, then we’ll take care of refunds / invoices / cancellations as needed.
