  I need to renew my domain but it’s connected to an account that I no longer have access to. I’m also not sure if my domain is eligible for renewal as the renew date has passed. Help.

  Your domain is currently in a stage where it can’t be renewed, but your site is here https://digitaldashpr.wordpress.com. I see that you’re an administrator on the site, so you have access to manage the site.

  If you need help logging into the other account which was used to register the domain, please fill out the account recovery form, and we’ll help you via email. We can’t help with account recovery here in the forums.
