i have owned the Domain in Public Domain Registry via Reseller Sakthi infotech pvt ltd
also i have paid Sakthi infotech for website designing in paid version, unfortunately i found my website plan in unpaid version really it makes me fedup
so i request you to do the needful on the following

also kindly guide me the reset my website wordpress user id and password

From what I understand to transfer a domain to wordpress.com you must first purchase one of the plans they offer, after that you can find the information to transfer or mapping your domain here:
