re-enable purchase

    I tried to upgrade to Pro, and WordPress responded by disabling all purchases from my account. Now I can’t make any purchases, and the ‘contact us’ just goes to an (apparently) unmonitored ‘incident report’ account, as I’ve been trying to get any kind of response for the past 3 days. Nothing.
    should i just move on to a competitor, since WordPress apparently cares nothing about customer support?
