re enable purchase to upgrade to business plan

  I tried to get a free professional email with wordpres, Could not purchase even tho it was free for the first 3 months. after I tried to upgrade my plan to a business plan and immediately goe a notification I had to contact billing support. I sent an email and I got it saying wordpress reserves the right to limit purchase in my account. I didn´t do anything wrong or ilegal and Now i cant do my job to the fullest. I already paid for one year plan. And its only been a month and i am not able to do any purchase . upgrade to a business plan or use any apps.
  I need someone to resolve my issue.
