    I want to get upgrade purchases enabled again

    Hey,

    You can use the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
    The relevant team will contact you.

    In addition, you can send an email directly to billingsupport@wordpress.com if you prefer that.

    Hi there,

    I checked your account and your ability to purchase upgrades have indeed been disabled, and you should’ve received a notification in your dashboard in regards to this. We cannot assist you in the forums but click on the notification in your dashboard to reach our payments staff.

    Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can also reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” You can also send an email directly to billingsupport@wordpress.com as well.
