  Im trying to make a purchase but it doesn’t let me because i need purchases re-enabled.

  Hey,

  You can use the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
  The relevant team will contact you.

  In addition, you can send an email directly to billingsupport@wordpress.com if you prefer that.
