Re-enable purchases for a new account

    Hi, I contacted you to re-enable purchases for an account and I deleted it because I thought it’s a problem in my account. So I created new account and site and still purchases need re-enable could you please enable it for my new account?

    I checked your account and your ability to purchase upgrades have indeed been disabled and you should’ve received a notification in your dashboard in regards to this. We cannot assist you in the forums but click on the notification in your dashboard to reach our payments staff and they will address this issue with you.
