RE: Error Message During Payment for Upgrade

I have tried unsuccessfully numerous times today to pay to upgrade to Premium membership, but each time the payment is attempted I receive error messages (the most recent reads, ‘Paygate Request Error’). This issue during payment is both frustrating a bit concerning when trying to make a payment via credit/debit card.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? I have left the payment page up because I do not feel comfortable starting from scratch in fear that duplicative billing may occur. The error during billing is both frustrating and disconcerting, even more so when I am unable to find a telephone number or means of contacting WordPress to discover what my options are on such a delicate matter.
Any insights or helpful feedback is much appreciated.

FYI – Just wanted to note that this matter has been resolved. Shortly after posting the request for help, I suddenly received a receipt for my upgrade. Thank you.
