Re establish password.

    This past Tuesday, I sent in a request, using this format to get assistance to re-establish my password. I have yet to receive a reply. I have made several attempts to reset my password following the instructions provided by WordPress. After I entered what I believe to be a valid password, I receive a message telling me that the [assword is good and I can now log in. However when I attempt to log in, I get a message telling me the password is not valid. I would like to speak to a customer service rep to assist me with this issue. 225-752-9010 or 225-931-6374. Yeah ! I know it’s a bit 20th century, but try it anyway… Bernard Gillette

    gillette-photo.com is hosted by BlueHost, not by wordpress.COM.

    That site is not hosted here and is not on WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum to get support for it.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.     (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
