Re-establish site

  My site was up last week and now is not accessible. It was set up for me by Ash Hendriks, around six years ago and the email she used was (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  Are you able to help me get this site re-esablished?

  Hey there @wilfredhendriks, the site wasn’t hosted here with us. Right now I don’t see a WordPress problem so much as an issue with your domain or hosting.

  Can you get in touch with your hosting company, as well as the company you used to purchase the domain? Between the two of them you should be able to get this sorted. Then if you need help with WordPress itself, there is another set of forums for the free WordPress software here:

  My hosting company, Go Daddy, came back with the following response:

  Something unexpected happened while accessing this website. It looks like it doesn’t have an active domain connection upgrade to link the requested domain name to the WordPress.com site.

  If this is your domain name and it has recently stopped working, it’s possible that your plan or domain may have expired. Please log in to your WordPress.com account and review the status of your plan and domain. 

  My Domain is paid to 2025. The wordpress plan should be linked to my email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) but it isn’t so I have not been receiving any payment information regarding the wordpress plan. The person who developed my site using WordPress also has not been receiving any correspondendce regarding the plan so it is very likely because no payment has been made the plan has expired. A previous account we received was sent to Ash Hendriks to this email address: (email visible only to moderators and staff) on 6th June 2019 and it was for WordPress.com Premium $129 naturalwaytogoodhealth.com.au

  It must still be in the system somewhere because it was still up a week ago. Are you able to help sort this out for me.

  Hi there!

  Thanks for confirming that the domain is actually naturalwaytogoodhealth.com.au. In your original post, you didn’t enter the full domain. It was just http://www.naturalwaytogoodhealth, which I guess led @supernovia to assume it might have been http://www.naturalwaytogoodhealth.com.

  Now that you clarified that the domain is naturalwaytogoodhealth.com.au, I can confirm that it was indeed hosted on WordPress.com on a different WordPress.com account. Due to security reasons, we are not able to share details of the account that owns the site and its subscriptions.
