    I see what it says that I cancelled my personal blog but I didn’t and not only that you did not refund me the $48 for the personal it’s still in my account okay I did not cancel the personal I am sorry that your system computers are saying that and if I could get a statement I would but because it was just this weekend I can’t get a statement on my phone and I don’t drive because I have a brain injury from domestic violence I am crying right now I’ve been dealing with y’all for over 24 hours crying I don’t feel good this is affecting my physical health because there is a confusion I suppose when you cancelled or refunded me for the premium somehow it it look like I canceled my my personal and I did not it is in my bank right now I have tried chatting I have called this should not be this difficult this was supposed to be something I could help other survivors and myself and you’re making it very difficult out of over 10 emails that were professional to deal with a small client a client that has barely any money somebody that’s other people think that doesn’t matter but to tell you I’m only doing this because I have other victims of crime and abuse and survivors that are supportive and they look up to me because I don’t know I I have good advice because of personal experience in dealing with the system I have I have Outlets I have ways to communicate with Congressman I mean I might not be somebody to y’all but to a lot of people and I’m just trying to reach them and I’m just trying to do something to bring awareness and I I am supportive of a lot of people but my health is deteriorating and I I don’t want any sympathy I just need the support I thought I would get with WordPress and I’m not getting it because you’re not understanding it’s in my account I will call my bank right now but I have to stop crying first because I have you I don’t think you understand how many hours I have been just dealing with this one issue and I’m not physically well in October I was hospitalized for liver failure I was only released because it got my enzymes low enough to leave the hospital but not to live this is important and I I just need somebody to go the distance I know it’s just a job to you but somebody please help me get this started thank you and if I can get a phone call that I would consider that a miracle (redacted).
