Re-insertion of image in old post lands at top of post despite all efforts.

I don’t know what you have done to this program, but I am unable to do a simple replacement of an illustration while editing an old blog post. All I want is to replace an image with a larger one. The damned thing WILL NOT INSERT in the text but lands at the top of the post where I don’t want it. Since it’s already published I can’t leave it the way it is. ST JOHN’S: Drawing in the Wake of the Gospels. The giant image of Artemis is NOT supposed to be at the top. I have tried changing, copying, re-uploading, etc. If I copy it and paste it, it lands in the right place but is an empty rectangle. THIS HAS ALREADY COST ME ONE HOUR.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there! Sorry you’re having that trouble. You have a couple options. The simplest is to drag and drop it elsewhere in your text. Place it wherever you wish it to appear on your page. Then, make sure you click Update to save your changes.
Or, if it works better for you, click on the image, and then click the X which will delete it. Then, place your cursor in the text, where you want the image to be inserted. Then click the Add Media button. From there, simply follow the instructions here:
Again, make sure you click Update to save your changes.I hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks much.
