Re-Install Using Old MySQL DB

While trying to delete an extra FTP account for another administrator under my cPanel, it also deleted all of the files in my directory. I’m wondering if someone could give me a walk through as to how to re-install WordPress while using my current (or now Old, since the WP install is gone) database, without overwriting anything.

I did this for my SMF using the “repair_settings.php” tool. Is there a tool like this for WordPress? Or do I just simply edit the config file to match my current database settings?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
