  Hi,

  I had a domain called randomchapters.com and it expired recently? How do I re-instate it ?

  On the Store page of the dashboard, try purchasing it again. If it’s just in turnaround, ie unavailable but nobody else has bought it, come back to this thread and put “modlook” without the quotation marks in the Tags box to the right of the write Post box here. See? In the sidebar —->

  Tried to purchase it, it says it’s mapped to an existing wordpress blog. Mine I guess, but I can’t seem to renew it.

  The domain randomchapters.com was registered and is owned by a different WordPress.com user, fxparlay. If that’s your account, you can log in and renew the domain now. If not, you will need to reach out to that user for assistance. If they wish, they can transfer the domain to you by posting here and making the request.

  Please note that the domain is now in the redemption phase, meaning that there’s an $80 late fee involved in renewing it. That’s not a fee that we are imposing, but one that comes from the domain registrar.
